This whole destruction of records fiasco is one of the greatest political crimes in US history. When this is combined with Hillary’s potential culpability for trading favors for contributions to her foundation while she operated as Secretary of State, she should be driven from any potential to hold any office of responsibility and charged with crimes against our country.

Sarbanes-Oxley (which Senator Clinton voted in favor of) makes it a felony to destroy records if you even think those records could possibly in the future be evidence against you.We should presume worse of Hillary and her server than she presumed about Nixon and the Watergate tapes.
Presumably some of those e-mails show Hillary’s culpability in criminal behavior. We would know more about exactly what if she hadn’t destroyed the evidence - but anyone who does not assume that it is something is naive.
