I took my son's air rifle away for a year -- because he brought it into the house loaded and cocked -- once.
He later spent 20 years in the Army (101st Airborne), with "Expert" rating in virtually everything the Army has that shoots a projectile (including the TOW missile) -- so, the experience didn't hurt him...
While I attended college I couldn't afford to see a regular dentist. So I found a retired dentist who was a Russian immigrant. The work he did for me was up to US standards and priced well below the going rate. I recall him making a stainless steel overlay for a much older customer who's teeth were badly worn. The overlay brought his bite back to "normal". Apparently this sort of appliance was common behind the iron curtain although it did look allot like "Jaws" from the Bond movies.
I would guess it was more or less "bullet proof"!
