I’ve played peek-a-boo in church with little girls. It’s not flirting; it’s childish play and far more entertaining than some sermons. This pervert is guilty, and his excuse should be treated as a confession. I blame the pervert (and Obama, and Jeb).

Abuse of young girls - often by family members - is a common sin in almost all Central and South American countries where it is endemic.
Children then have babies, and the young mothers, having to support them, become prostitutes to simply survive. Then they have more babies. That they cannot support.
