Closed a credit card account with them years ago. Went to a branch and told them why. The teller did not care.

The lady I dealt with when I closed my checking account was pissed off!
I still have a mortgage with them. Too much of a hassle to refinance and I’d just be paying closing costs or adding more years and more money to the pay off.
