I think the Chief Negotiator for these stupid talks is a woman named Wendy Sherman. She utterly failed in her talks with the North Koreans and their bomb so the State Dept. appointed her to lead the talks with Iran.
Obama needs a lackey Jew to make it look good.

She FAILED with N. Korea.
She failed with Iran.

Why is she conducting these talks?

She is arranging for Iran to gain hegemony over the Middle East, eventually targeting Israel.

Obama repeated that he has “Israel's back”.
Netanyahu knew from 2008 onwards that he is the worst, wobbly-kneed US President ever so that is why we see this clash alll the time between Israel and the US.
