Where does he get the idea that a decision like this should belong to the gov’t. & not a person’s employer?
Every company I have ever worked for offered paid vacation time. Usually its 5 days after a year, 10 days after 2 years, and so forth up to 4 weeks paid vacation time. At my last factory job I had 4 weeks of paid vacation time and 10 days of unpaid personal time available after 5 years.
That’s a better deal than Slanders is offering by a long shot.
