I’m starting to think legalizing weed might be good - let all the idiots smoke, fail drug tests, and then jobs will open for those who don’t make poor life choices.

Legalization would also let us get a clearer idea of whether employer pot testing (which not all of them do) confers any economic benefit.

When I was still climbing the ladder back in the eighties I always encouraged my coworkers to slip out for toke occasionally. d;^)
