Anything and everything to reduce the power of the juggernaut federal gov is a good thingAbsolutely. Just as long as the courts don't get involved (as they did with gay marriage and abortion) and tell the states' lawmakers what they can and cannot do.

I concur, not just for state rights, but also in acknowledgment that the war on drugs is a failure the same way the war on alchohol failed in the 20s/30s.
