Dave Barton on Beck the other day told of the destruction of Christian religion if the court sides with gay marriage. If you listen to some to some of the fringe radio like Alex Jones you can get some ideas and compare them to Beck and such. You of course can listen to NWO propaganda networks and stay in la la land.

Doing away with all US nukes.
Letting out all blacks from the fed prison system.
Slavery reparations.
Confiscation of all firearms.

He promised that he would “fundamentally change” the USA. He’s only been partly successful (so far.)
He promised a federal, “civilian” police force, as well armed and powerful as the military. I believe that the federal push to destroy public confidence, and sow fear of local and state police forces is a long planned strategy that the Obama regime hopes will begain a “grass root” call for federalizing the policing of communities.
There’s little doubt that the destruction of the health care system was designed to do the same thing. If the SCOTUS rules that Barky-Kare was specifically written to ONLY allow state exchanges to fund the insurance subsidies (as we all saw Gruber say was the plan all-along), they hope the masses will scream for government run, single payer health care, which Barky had promised in interviews and statements, was his plan all along, just that it would take some time.
Let’s not forget that this president is particularly petulant and more than willing to cause innocent people to feel pain, in order to force his political ideology on those who resist him. Let’s not forget how his regime put up barriers around open-air monuments in Washington, tried to keep drivers from even looking at Mt Rushmore, and even illegally closed Mount Vernon, which wasn’t a federal properly to begin with!

Short of impeachment, I have in the past posted a scenario for a "constitutional coup d'etat.

Here is a perfectly constitutionally legal form of coup d'etat that can be used to oust Obama without going through a nasty impeachment process.
Imagine the following scenario.
Amendment 25 Section 4Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.
1. Joe Biden organizes the principle Cabinet members to side with him and declares Obama to be unable to discharge his duties as president, citing his bizarre behavior as evidenced by the scorched earth destructive actions that he's taking against the advice of others. He submits this signed declaration to Orrin Hatch and John Boehner and assumes the Presidency.
1a. As an interesting variation, "either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide" suggests that Congress can pass a law naming another body besides the Cabinet that can side with the Vice President. What if Congress were to pass a law allowing, say, a body of NYT and WaPo editors, ABC-NBC-CBS-CNN-MSNBC journalists, college deans , Wall Street bankers/investors like Warren Buffet - a totally unelected body of people - to legally declare the president incapable of discharging his duties? What if Biden gets these "intellectual elites" to side with him to oust Obama?Of course, Obama would never sign such a law today...
2. Obama then fights back by sending a letter to Hatch and Boehner stating that he is not incapable of discharging his duties, and he declares that he has resumed the Presidency.
3. Biden then gets his supporting body to redeclare within four days that Obama is still unfit for office.
4. Once Biden redeclares that Obama is unfit, Congress must then assemble within 48 hours if in session, or within 20 days if in recess, and vote to accept Biden's declaration by 2/3rds vote, or to accept Obama's declaration that he is still fit for office.
5. Congress sides with Biden and declares Obama to no longer be President.
6. Joe Biden takes over as acting President of the United States.
This was originally intended as a thought-experiment fantasy. Now I'm not so sure.
The question is whether Joe Biden is an Obama stooge, or is he a patriotic American? Would he stand by in a misguided sense of party loyalty while America is scorched, is he a full party to it, or might he think it's gone too far and try to stop it using an expedient constitutional process that is not the long, drawn out affair that is impeachment?
