What are they going to book him/her for?
Is it illegal for one person who identifies as a “woman” to look at another person who identified as a “woman?”

Imagine his lawyer defending him: “My client identifies as a woman, and ‘she’ was doing nothing wrong when this other woman (who’s obviously a bigot) overreacted. I demand that the Court dismiss these charges. My client will be filing a lawsuit for discrimination.”
Seriously, I’ll be surprised if that’s not what his lawyer argues.
