If you know your religion requires you to pray at certain times then why do you not plan your activities around it? Especially 11 PM. It’s like “Darn, it’s 11. Forgot about the prayers. Oh well, over there will do.”

I think the guards were wrong. The ruling is right. If I chose to say a Christian prayer or bow my head to say grace, I would not expect to be accosted for doing so.

Freedom of religion means just that. If we prevent a muslim from praying, we are one short step from being permitted to pray ourselves.

preaching insurrection and jihad, and demanding sharia law - those are different issues altogether.
