State Department ignores lawsuit over records linking Boko Haram and Clinton Foundation

A conservative group is suing the State Department in an effort to find out whether the agency's refusal to place Boko Haram on the terrorist watch list while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state had anything to do with the fact that a high-level Nigerian official was a major Clinton Foundation donor and close friend of the former president.

Citizens United, a conservative nonprofit, brought the case to court after the State Department ignored its request for records about the Chagoury Group, a sprawling Nigerian company headed by a Clinton friend and financial supporter of Clinton causes, Gilbert Chagoury.

Chagoury donated between $1 million and 5 million to the Clinton Foundation, donor records show.

More than 30 days have passed since Citizens United first filed the lawsuit without a response of any kind from the State Department.

This doesn't come close to passing the smell test after all of the other "coincidences" that have come to light. I was thinking... a couple of generations ago, US citizens knew there had been corruption in our country at times, but that it was nothing like that in countless foreign countries. I think now that the situation has changed... we're right up there with the worst of them. We might be even worse in the area of international policy corruption. Most countries appear to act in their self interest internationally--we don't; our policy decisions seem increasingly to be for sale.

The muck surfacing from the greedy conniving Clintons is bad enough---its what they're hiding that's the bigger problem.

ITEM--The grossly rich Clinton Foundation apparently sucked-up some $16 million undisclosed tax dollars (that we know of).

ITEM--The NY Times reported the offshore money-raking---"Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership"----collected about $33 million US tax dollars from Hillary's State Dept between 2008 and 2013.....$25 million of which was passed back across the border to the US-based Clinton Foundation.

ITEM---millions of dollars and 1,100 donors are shrouded in mystery in Canada. The Clinton Foundation signed a “memorandum of understanding” with the Obama White House agreeing to reveal its contributors every year. The agreement stipulates that the “Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative” (as the charity was then-known) is part of the Clinton Foundation and must follow “the same protocols.”

SURPRISE: It hasn’t.

Cught w/ his pants down. Giustra's now backtracking like crazy---saying Canada’s federal privacy law "forbids" the Canadian-registered Clinton charity, from revealing its donors. A memo he provided news organs cites “fiduciary obligations” to its contributors and Canada’s Personal Information Privacy and Electronic Disclosure Act. “We are not allowed to disclose even to the Clinton Foundation the names of our donors,” Giustra says.

However, Canadian tax and privacy law experts were dubious of the Clinton/Giustra claims. A former director knowledgeable about tax policy at Canada's Department of Finance, said he wasn't aware of any tax laws that would prevent the Clinton charity from releasing its donors' names. "There's nothing that would preclude them from releasing donors' names. It's entirely up to them."

Are you kidding? As Secy of State, Hillaey never e-v-e-r utterd a discouraging word about any country---as long as they knelt in obeisance and handed over big bucks to the Clinton Foundation.

According to an IBT report, “at least seven foreign governments received State Dept clearance for American arms AND are on-record as donors to the Clinton Foundation while Hillary was Secy of State.” Oman and Qatar were named as countries favored for arms sales by Hillary's State Dept.

The Clinton Foundation took $1,250,000 (that we know of)
from Mideast kingdom--Qatar---(recently exposed as embroiled in the recent FIFA bribery).

The Clinton presidential library in Arkansas lists Brunei, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar as donors that gave between $1 million and $5 million (at the time of research).

The Clinton foundation itself confirmed the 2002 Brunei donation: "The Clinton Foundation's impact would not be possible without the generous support of our donors," the foundation's website reads. Hillary's remarks lead some to believe the donation was a payoff....Hillary bribed to defend Qatar....blatantly ignoring America's ntl security interests.
