Only watched far enough to verify my suspicion; The fight would involve someone in a motorized scooter.

Woman using the disabled cart jumped off that cart with her hand out and into the face of the other women.
Odds are the phony “disabled” one parked her car in a disabled spot and is receiving some kind of disability pay, settlement, insurance or SSI.
In which case, hopefully this video winds up in the hands of the people who could put an end to her scam.
