City cops have racked up fewer complaints from citizens so far this year compared to the same period in 2014, with some of the biggest drops involving “discourtesy” and “offensive language,” new data show.
In the past month alone, the number of gripes about rude cops dropped 41.8 percent, from 249 to just 145, according to the most recent numbers compiled by the Civilian Complaint Review Board.

Oh really. Do you think that this overreaction by tghe left is just a simple problem to be resolved by the masses? We have entered an extraordinary cloud (problems to those in the know) and we all need to be aware...
The United States has begun it;s unraveling (so to speak) and wil find itself in the midst of rebellion amongst the minorities - not understandable to most but provocative.
Seems that the leftist’s push for affirmative action has also pushed these minorities to the point of violence when they are not appeased! Of course this means that as long as we continue to appease minorities, we will lose.
Appeasment is not a solution and of course will cause more problems in the long run.. Can I just say heaven help us!
Can anyone actually supply an honest rebuttal? If you are just spouting politics, go away. I want real down to earth policies that will solve these problems.
It’s probable that the decline of complaints is related to seeing what chaos looks like in your front yard, when law and order is attacked, cops are slandered and demoralized and that standing down business cops can do isn’t exactly what it was cracked up to be after all.
Given the times and the caliber of the obnoxious out there today, the cops have to be pretty bad to even be willing to get up in the morning and go to work.
We complainers are about to learn some things the hard way, I suspect.
When some creep is holding a gun on me and mine, I want the bulls - not the geldings.
