How about we make some new Congressional rules? Among them are that we don’t do 2000 page bills on any subject. I would love to vote for a conservative candidate who would promise to read all bills, slow down debate to give time and read and understand bills, and exercise independent judgment, and not just do things because John Boehner said so.
