Onne has to wonder: When Republicans gathered earlier this year to scheme the defeat of Hillary Clinton, who was the genius who stood up and said, “I know. We’ll challenge the Clintons’ pristine record on ethics. They’ll never see that one coming.”
But of course they did. We all did.
A little newsflash about our past (and probably future) First Family, who pundits, long predicting the Clintons’ coronation, are now suddenly beginning to count out: Scandal surfing is what they always do. They skip the top of the waves, sometimes even giving the impression they might succumb to them. But they never do.
The Clintons have been sent off to their certain doom more times than Tyrion Lannister. During their last sojourn on Pennsylvania Avenue, operators all but installed a new message on the White House switchboard, “If you’re calling with a subpoena for the Clintons, please press 7 now.”
Yet whatever the storm—from blue dresses to funny money from China to an actual impeachment trial—Bill and Hillary are this generation’s Six-Million Dollar Man (and Woman). They always rebuild faster, stronger, and a hell of a lot richer than ever.
Much is now being made of a CNN poll finding that a majority of Americans—57 percent—do not believe Hillary Clinton is honest or trustworthy. But is that really news? Roughly half of the country has felt that way for a long time. Forty-three percent of Americans said that a year ago.
And forty-six percent said that back in 2007. Under the headline, “Hillary Clinton’s honesty problem,” an earnest reporter for The Hill newspaper asks, “Is it possible to win the White House if more than half the electorate thinks you’re dishonest?” Uh, of course, it is, people. The Clintons do this all the time.

I couldn’t agree more. Americans love being lied to by the Clintons. It’s what they do, ergo it’s what’s expected of them.
The Clintons have become too big to fail. The Big Media have spent so much time and effort covering up their corruption, that if the Clintons go down, they go down too. So they need now to defend them to all lengths.

But people just don’t care.
The people who support the Clintons don’t give two hoots about ethics or morals or scandals or lines of corpses all the way down the block. They don’t care.
Of course, this is precisely why these people should never be allowed anywhere near the levers of power. There is nothing the Clintons can do that will trigger their gag reflex.
Translation: the witch isn’t dead, so all you rebels and holdouts had better pour in the donations, or there will be hell to pay after the coronation.
How much did the Clintons pay this stooge?
I hate to admit it, but I agree with the premise of this article. The US has a large number of social malcontents who feel empowered by the Clinton’s talent for getting away with brazen corruption and multitude of scandals.
‘we do not care if they are lying thieving money grubbing political whores, with no integrity, at least they are not hypocrites’
That is the message being sent.
Because liberals in general are lawless, lying hucksters.
Hill and Billy are naturally their champions.
.... Today's Democrat Party is now, for the most part, comprised mostly of unstable dysfunctional societal misfits. They are drawn like moths to a flame to those people that exude the "Bad Boy" image ... those one's that buck at authority and at what was once the norm. They are their champions for their cause because they also identify and see themselves in them.
...... They are unaware that they are the Useful Idiots ..... tools to be used for an agenda.

It’s kind of true, in the sense that people are so used to the Clintons being criminal scum that nothing they do surprises anybody any more. It’s like if Al Capone grabbed all the pennies out of the “take a penny, leave a penny” jar at the cash register. Apparently the Clintons will never be called to account for any of their many, many, crimes.
Some background to Hillary’s and the Democrats’ election
prospects:
Up until the recent British elections, the British Labour party was not only considered a serious political party but its leader was the odds-on favorite to become Britain’s next prime minister.
What happened? The pre-election polls were spectacularly wrong. The Conservatives won a landslide election, and the Labour party is now fighting for its life.
The same thing happened in the Israeli elections earlier this year. Bibi Netanyahu was expected to lose; the polls were completely wrong; Bibi won a landslide election.
And the same thing happened during last year’s mid-term elections here. The Democrats were considered a serious contender to maintain their Senate majority, but the polls proved to be completely wrong, and the Republicans won the Senate in a landslide.
Why does anyone continue to believe the polls when they project Democratic victories when they’ve been spectacularly wrong time after time? Hillary’s candidacy is being kept alive by the polls.
But what is likely to happen once the actual voting takes place?
The two critical early contests will be the Iowa caucuses and the New Hampshire primary. Neither of those states has large numbers of union workers or blacks, two stalwarts in Democratic elections. Instead, they have large numbers of white liberals who are likely to vote for someone with strong Leftist credentials — Bernie Sanders, for example.
Why is it that Conservatives spend the four years between presidential elections decrying the takeover of academia by socialists, but then when the elections take place, forgetting all that and expecting the socialist-indoctrinated young voters to vote like moderates?
Bernie Sanders should be extremely popular among the young voters of Iowa, but especially among those in New Hampshire, whose neighboring state Vermont actually voted him into the Senate.
Hillary is so...over.
