It sure looks like someone organized a party CRASH in this case. The thing surely was not planned in such a way that they would find themselves with the need to turn away people who were legitimate recipients of the invitation?

Sounding more like the latter. With all the he-said-she-said it’s not easy to figure it out.
He’s just on admin leave, normal while they investigate. Not suspended, according to the report I read.

I saw the beautiful South Peoria in Tulsa Oklahoma ruined by Section 8 housing, south of I-44.
Now the area is very dangerous to go in, high quality stores have been driven out. Murder is way up in that area.
I can fill in the blanks.
Arresting the DJ would be racist.
Community pools that keep people out who don't live in the community are racist.
Arresting kids in bikinis is racist.
Drawing a gun but not shooting the gun or pointing the gun on two charging youths is racist.
These folks need their space.
All communities need to share.
White folks are racist and need to stand down.

Actually, I don’t think its the same FB post as was quoted in post 8. But if you did enough, you might find that one too.
Point is = I have every reason to believe the homeowners at that nice HOA pool were under attack by urban ferals. And their resistance was gauged as racist.
And the cop? Just another jack booted thug with a badge and a racist attitude.

Yup. Put a mob of thugs together and they just might start behaving like a mob of thugs. Go figure.
We had this same type of problem in my previous neighborhood only with a basketball hoop. You have no idea how out of control something can get until you have to live through it. One day 4 little 10 year olds are shooting baskets and a few days later you come home from work and there are 15 or so feral “yutes” that have shown up in cars from who knows where and have pushed the little kids off their own driveway hoop and are having a street party by your house. And they are not scared of the cops. We called the cops day after day. I had my car broken into it was a nightmare. Finally they stopped coming because we created such a furor over it. At one point I was afraid to walk from my car to my front door.
I can well imagine what transpired at that pool party when the out of area types started jumping the fence and taking over.
