About five people who say they are part of a group called "Come and Take It" showed up at the rally openly carrying rifles. They said they do not own motorcycles and arrived in cars.
Many of the bikers took pictures, gathered and chatted while holding their signs. By 2:45 p.m. many of the bikers had left the area.
Update 1:56 p.m.:
McLennan County Sheriff's Capt. John Kolinek says there are about 500 bikers gathered for the rally and protest in front of the courthouse. Groups are still arriving, however.
Many are carrying signs demanding freedom for the bikers that remain jailed in the Twin Peaks shootings and question police tactics that day.
Update 1:36 p.m.:
The groups have gathered in front of the McLennan County courthouse where the street has been blocked off by the city of Waco to keep traffic away from the protesters.
Sheriff's deputies are working on an official crowd estimate but it appears to be a few hundred. This post will be updated as soon as an official number is known.
I still think there is some biker in Waco who has plans on retribution. This is not over. He may wait a while, several years even, but some people thrive on keeping grudges and vendettas alive.
I’m sure the local cops are quite aware of this possibility.
“Jarrett said video from the incident showed a group of Cossacks arriving at Twin Peaks and “spreading out across the patio in sentry positions,” obviously keeping close watch on their surroundings.
Later, video shows Cossacks looking in their vests and checking their holsters for weapons, Jarrett said. As a line of Bandidos rode through the parking lot, Cossacks scramble over patio railings as the shootout ensues, Jarrett said.
“The video clearly shows Bandidos executing Cossacks and Cossacks executing Bandidos, some at point-blank range,” Jarrett said. “The facts and circumstances of this case are so extraordinary and so different from anything we have ever dealt with, we believe adequate bonds need to be in place to ensure the safety of this community.””
I want to see the videos!! The people have a right to know.
I’ll believe that when I see it but right now we are being kept in the dark about everything.
Where are the autopsy and gunshot reports? Where is the video from the restaurants?
Why haven’t they released these key pieces of evidence? Why are so many being kept is jail on ridiculously high bail for simply being at political action meeting. Does the video below look like a bunch of people exercising their basic rights and not what is being described by LE?

Best explanation of what actually happened, from a Las Vegas attorney that represents motorcycle issues, and knows many of the people involved.
According to him, just TWO shots were fired by the bikers, one from a Cossack into the shoulder of a Bandito, arguing over a parking space, the other from the patio. No idea if it was aimed at someone, or if it was a warning shot into the air.
Then the SWAT and police opened up, firing HUNDREDS of rounds, many “Silenced”, into a crowd of 60-70 people, with civilians in the background, one of which got killed.
If this is even remotely true, Waco taxpayers are going to pay through the nose for this, in the lawsuits.

If the video clearly shows who was doing the shooting, why are so many being accused? Were there 10 people pulling the trigger of each gun?
I have seen that report previously about a biker getting shot in the shoulder. That does not necessarily mean death but would depend on what the bullet hit when it entered the body. So I will give that one a 1/2 killed. Then how did the other 8 1/2 die?
If the videos show what the prosecutor says, and he released them, “Bow tie” Esq. would immediately start screaming about a tainted jury pool.
