The Supremes will probably rule for Halbig, but the GOP will provide a grace period to transition off the subsidies.

My point is that if the Supremes do not draw a line in the sand against bad law, then there is effectively no restriction against more and sometimes even worse bad law from coming down the pike in their direction. Furthermore, this is not the end of the so-called challenges to Obamacare, such as Sissel v HHS.
