Personally, I think most announcements like this are smoke & mirrors. Pubbies want credit for their so called "intentions" when most of the time they never reach the finish line. And never had plans to do so.

All that counts is results. Go get some stones and really do your job when the heavy lifting is needed. Bunch of damn pansies.
