why does everyone here think that the answer is to just “turn it off?” Doesn’t work that way. Insurance companies will have to rewrite everything. I asked someone if they can just go back to Jan 1, 2014 with paperwork and then fix what broke. I was told, they could only wish it was that easy.

Too many parts interwoven into everything. They need a new plan moving forward as well as what the interim would look like.

It’s not turn off. It’s go back. It was A LOT cheaper.

What is in place is 100% Certified Socialist scam.

The average price of a family of 4 on ObamaCare has sky rocketed $2500 in the first year alone.

The lies that was pushed it would be not much different than your car insurance premiums.

Correct. Obamacare is a heavy and rolling freight train. By design. You can’t just stop the thing on a dime. Especially since the Dems and the MSM have the ability to drive public opinion to blame Conservatives for the derailment.

What you can do is extend the subsidies (avoiding sudden new pain) in trade for eliminating the mandates (removing existing pain). If the Dems dont go along THEY get to eat the blame for the derailment. And eliminating the mandates puts the whole mess into a mid-term death spiral.
