I drove by the San Luis Reservoir the other day and it looked normal to me....
Not full but, about the same it does most years....
San Luis Reservoir is kind of a special case, not a “normal” reservoir...it is filled by a canal (CA Aqueduct) that supplies Westside farmers and L.A..
