Well, under Obama, we KNOW we won't be blowing the dam.
Too many bad optics could come from that, and that is ALL they care about.

Over there, they’re damming the Euphrates.
Over here, we’re damning Obama.

"The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the East." Rev 16:12Turkey has already dammed the Euphrates, dropping the water level perilously low. Now, ISIS is going even further.

The lower water level has also made it easier for ISIS to carry out attacks"And the sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the East."

This is nothing more than a propaganda piece aimed at making ISIS look bad, when in fact, ISIS is just doing their part in helping to save the erf. Biologists from The Center For Biological Diversity recently discovered a minnow (the lesser Burqa-burqa Akbar), which is endangered due to the lower water levels in the Euphrates. Ted Turner wrote them a substantial sized grant to close the dam in an attempt to save the minnow. Michael Robinson, CBD biologist, praised the move by ISIS stating “Thanks to caring individuals such as Mr Turner, and the bold efforts by ISIS, there is now hope for the Burqa-burqa Akbar minnow, and because of the importance it plays in the health of the ecosystem here, future generations of Iraqis can now have hope that their desert region will always remain a stellar example of what can be achieved when progressives and Muslims work together.”
