What forensic evidence have you seen that would suggest that all the gang members involved in the shoot out should not be charged with a crime?

Do your own damned due diligence, Olivia, and stop asking others to spoon-feed it to you, for the love of God! It isn't like you don't have fingers, a brain, and eyes to read! Here's how you do it -- you follow LINKS that are posted in many, many of these thread repeatedly, click on them, invest the time to READ what is there, and within those CLICK on other links, and within those click on OTHER links, and take the time to READ THE COMMENTS when they are news sites such as the local Waco newspapers and such. THAT is how you do it -- you use your OWN efforts and your OWN brain and thank the folks here who have at least taken the time to post links that should only ever be regarded as starting points.

I have spent about 15 hours doing my due diligence, so my opinion comes from a fairly informed place. All you have done is wait for others to do it for you.

And aside from clicking on links, remember that Bing and Google will confirm as BS or truth the claims of folks on here, such as those who insist that anytime you see a diamond 13 patch it automatically means one thing. But you have to invest TIME. You can’t do it in ten minutes or even an hour. YOU have to be responsible. If you want to know the truth, you have to get it for yourself. It’s like a black belt in karate. You can’t just buy one or expect someone to give it to you. You have to pursue it YOURSELF with your own efforts. It’s too bad that we don’t have journalists anymore who we can trust to do this, but we don’t, so we EACH OF US have to take responsibility for ourselves and be our own journalists.

Two fails in one sentence.

1. Logical failure - asking to prove a negative

2. Constitutional AND logical failure - No evidence of any sort that 174 gang members were involved in a shootout. They did not even find that many guns. Weak on probable cause and weak on the conspiracy charge they are held on.

Turn off CSI and do some reading.

Good Lord. I haven't seen any evidence that YOU shouldn't be charged with a crime. So, in your world, I guess you should be. Beam me up...

Did you just pop in from Planet Uranus? Please, don’t make a fool of yourself by revealing such a depth of ignorance.
