I think everyone is anticipating evidence from autopsies to find out how many of those bikers died from 5.56 rounds. There is a blog that has been all over this - I think it's called something like Conservative Treehouse or something - that has examined the available evidence and raised some disturbing questions in this regard. I think the current evidence suggests it is quite possible that the reason the only people killed were bikers is because the only people shooting were police. But, I want to wait until all evidence is in to make a conclusion.

There is no evidence one way or the other at this point. Conservative Treehouse (and all the rest of the super-ultra-right-wing echo chamber websites) just echoed scurrilous accusations from a single biker web site (http://www.agingrebel.com) that all nine dead bikers were killed when they were hosed down by police with fully automatic weapons in the parking lot.
