The Democrat Headquarters in Cuyahoga county are at 14 & St. Clair. The Board of Elections is at 29th and Euclid. The Republican Party Headquarters is on west 3rd street near the Quicken Loans Arena.
The city is very ready for any contingency. Notice the lack of national news about the riots in Cleveland. That is because there haven't been any. There have been a handful of peaceful demonstrations that had no chance of getting out of hand because the police have been out in force and have met all demonstrations with overwhelming police presence.

There isn’t any government building within several blocks of the Democrat County Headquarters. It is about five blocks north and two blocks west of the Federal Reserve, but that isn’t a government building. As a matter of fact it is right next door to a ‘Gentlemen’s Club’ as in naked women and across the street from a paint store.
It always struck me that Bill Clinton must have loved visiting the Cleveland office of the Party since the entertainment was just across the parking lot, but I think the Party headquarters was there long before the strip club.
