I never saw the video until now, but there were a couple of things that were a dead giveway:
- The "general" thumps the desk twice, in exactly the same video clip -- it was inserted twice, with different dialog.
- The joke about Obama's "workout". That was a bit over the top, especially combined with his "wife makes all the decisions".
Anyone that believed this was real, or even wished it to be real, is suffering from confirmation bias. You really should get out more.
