Did we not create one of the most cruel, sadistic men in Iraq...Saddam and his evil sons? Did we not create the Iranian revolution? Did we not arm Islamist factions in Libya that then turned weapons against us and kill our ambassador?
Rand Paul was speaking about middle east policy run amok, not so much as we created this evil plaguing the land. It is failed policies that give rise to psycho nuts with really really advanced weaponry.
