“if we closed our doors to muslims and deported any illegally here, wed go a long way to solving our problem, but if we really thought we were at war with islam, wed deport them all or restart concentration camps.”” ABSOLUTELY!!! Instead we blatantly violate the 4th amendment by illegally listening to innocent Americans . I am watching the Senate debate and the Rinos are are trying to keep Paul from speaking. This is driving millions of Americans to support Senator Paul . The head line is “ Republican anti constitution crowd tries to freeze out Senator Paul and stiop him from speaking”!!! Shame on McCain!!PAUL WINS AND SPEAKS ANYWAY !!

"Freedom" something or 'nother. Beats me why Congress didn't call it "Guaranteed Privacy Act."
I think it's funny that the people pretty much know Congress is the biggest bunch of liars, next to the judges, etc.

"What I think will likely happen tonight is the law will expire," Richard Clarke said Sunday morning. "And then later in the week, the USA Freedom Act, which is essentially the same as the PATRIOT Act with the exception of the telephony metadata program, that act will pass and most of the authorities will be restored." OK, so the NSA will not be allowed to collect our cell phone metadata.
What are they going to do with that multi-billion dollar server farm out in the Utah desert built specifically to capture and store that data?
You dont let a piece of hardware like that sit around doing nothing. They will find a use for it.

And back the “terrorists” we’re only sent to trial if they were caught in daylight with witnesses.
Russian spies and the like either quietly went away and back to the motherland, or the ones without a “cover” just disappeared.

Izat why they had to indict Denny Hastert two days before the Act expired? Otherwise he would be free to pay 3.5 million dollars in hush money.
