It is refreshing to know that the concept of ‘War Crimes’ is not merely just some anachronism long forgotten during this new modern era where the unprovoked random murder of civilians and attacks on sovereign Embassy properties are routine in places such as Libya.
We need to quickly send Jerry Brown over to build a much needed bullet train.
