No doubt the dictator-in-chief will "executive action" every infringement on gun rights he thinks he can get away with, legal or not.

Over a hundred murders every weekend by sons of Obama and they focus on more pointless regs. Go after the murdering savages in the city — that’s where all the crime is. There are 6 Columbines and 4 Sandy Hooks EVERY WEEKEND in Chicago and Baltimore alone.

Hopefully the Supreme Court will overturn this on appeal, but it may require such an act to undo this blatantly unconsitutional move by America’s Lenin.

Those who don’t think it can be done should consult the Massachusetts Attorney General’s lawless actions.

Haters of the Second Amendment, frustrated by their failures to overturn the United States’Constitution, are now resorting simply to ignoring it.

Any idea what these ‘regulations’ look like?

Yep, Baltimore is up to 39 homicides this month and it ain’t over yet.

The best thing the people of Baltimore could do is fire their idiot Mayor and support their PD.

while keeping an irresponsible, law-breaking few from inflicting harm on a massive scale

yes, that's why we try our best to keep the clintons and other Dems out of power.

“Gun safety advocates”...”But the gun lobby”...

No bias here. Tiny groups entirely founded and funded by anti-gun billionaires are “advocates” for “safety”, not gun control, but a grassroots organization of 4 million is a “lobby”, representing not gun owners but guns.

Personally I still question the story about Sandy Hook.

We have all the gun restrictions and regulations we need. What is really needed is HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY POLITICIANS.

Under the TPP China could tell the US to disarm the American people.

Not other than what’s in the article but I’d bet there’s much more and we’ll be finding out before long.

I am of the opinion that:

Any person convicted of a violent felony should be prevented from owning a gun while serving their sentence or their probation with their rights automatically restored at the end of serving their sentence.

If the prosecution believes that the person is a habitual violent felon, and wishes to permanently remove a citizens right to own a fire arm, then they should bring a formal charge before a jury and be convicted according to the same rules as a capital murder case.

It’s impossible to fathom why these people keep trying to disarm Americans (yes, I realize it’s essential for the imposition of a permanent dictatorship). But out of an estimated 400 million +/- guns, just how many do you imagine thry could actually confiscate (a few thousand maybe?). It’s like passing a law against eating or breathing or sex or playing football — only it seeks an unconstitutional end, too. Chances of citizen compliance - two percent tops?

If the left treated abortion (no constitutional MENTION or RIGHT) the way the treat guns (constitutionally protected RIGHT),

there’d be gun stores everywhere, they’d be held to lower standards, they’d allow 2a shirts in schools, we’d have gun clubs and ranges (again) in public schools, we’d train our kids at school in the use of guns and not tell the parents, we’d do everything possible to put guns in the hands of people, and we’d subsidize gun purchasers to the tune of at least a billion federal dollars a year.
