Sure he does...it's not about the people it's about hooking up cities and states to the global agenda and the revenues they want to generate off the people....all centered in Our Governments agenda to do just that.
Once you understand what the global agenda amounts to, and those heavily vested in it then everything we so struggle too often with makes sense...even though it's not the least palatable to most in our country if they were aware...which many would prefer to keep living in denial and believe the demorat lingo.
All of which drove large numbers of taxpayers out of the state, including myself -- leaving the state to the takers and the poor devils who can't easily leave.

...and in that landslide, Hogan 86’d O’Malley’s chosen successor, Lt. Governor Mini-Me. Hogan may turn things around, but Maryland is an over-taxed/regulated state with no real business focus other than chickens and beaches. Check out the demographics of who has moved to another state. Do the same for business that have chosen to Do Business elsewhere.
