You probably hit the nail dead on. The problem is not that the black population doesn’t have potential, the problem is that liberals-socialist-progressives or by whatever name they like to be called, like to keep a certain portion of the population including blacks poor and uneducated even so they claim just the opposite. But their actions speak louder than words, all one has to do just follow what is being done right from the top leadership on down.
A good portion of it is designed to maintain a stranglehold on the growth of this country and in turn by keeping a large portion of the public dumb and ignorant, and if need be importing some more of the same, assuring themselves of an always readymade pool of voters to keep them in perpetual power. So far it has worked for the left just fine, so why change.
NO ONE is sitting in the classrooms warning people they better NOT learn anything.
being uneducated is a CHOICE of the person sitting in the classroom, and not anyone else.
It's called personal responsibility, and people need to take it.
