It must be almost 20 years ago when I went to a Burger King in Baltimore.....The employees were behind bullet proof glass and I got my sandwich out of a draw like a bank drive-thru! Knew it was a sh**hole then! Sounds like its worse now!
I saw a Pizza place like that once. They were behind bullet proof glass and had a sort of pizza sally port. The employee side door could only be opened if the customer side door was closed.
