A federal appeals court upheld an injunction against President Obama’s new deportation in a ruling Tuesday that marks the second major legal setback for an administration that had insisted its actions were legal. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruled in favor of Texas, which had sued to stop the amnesty, on all key points, finding that Mr. Obama’s amnesty likely broke the law governing how big policies are to be written.

Good news for America and REAL AMERICANS. Too bad the stopping of the tyranny did not happen five years ago.

What? How is it possible that more than one USGov court can understand and follow USA law?

The black robes can pronounce all they want. Obama does not need them any more.

The only reason this ruling matters is to pile up the evidence for Obama's (hopefully) eventual impeachment, conviction, and execution.

In the meantime, Obama has all the power, and can import as many voters as he and his handlers please, and no court is going to do anything to stop him.

If the rumors are true, there was a near-military-coup, to force the rescue of Ambassador Stevens in Benghazi. I think the oathkeeping officers in the Army and Marines are pretty close to taking all they can take from this guy, and we may have a coup to take him into custody. Don't rule it out.

So, Obama broke the law.

Shouldn’t there be some kind of major consequence for the CHIEF LAW ENFORCEMENT officer committing a crime?

Just Higginson also said the fight was a political battle, not a legal one

What a simpleton that dissenting judge must be. A good portion of disputes involving states and cities and the feds and members of Congress that end up in court are political disputes. Laws are passed or executive actions taken to achieve some result and then affected parties disagree with the legality of those actions. That's both a political and legal disagreement.

How does this guy think Obama's executive amnesties are only 'political battles'?
