no that was guild house west at 12th and fairmount. not far from me built by the quakers. but the guild house east which is on spring garden is about 8 blocks from my house. also built by quakers. i think maintained by the PCA (aging) or PHA (Housing). Quakers built alot of apts in this area around the Poe House.
