Baltimore prosecutors are seeking a gag order to prevent lawyers from speaking to the media about the Freddie Gray case..
Rochelle Ritchie, a spokeswoman for State's Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby, said on Friday the office was seeking such an order, but declined to provide details.
Gray, 25, died last month after suffering a severed spinal cord in police custody. The state medical examiner ruled Gray's death a homicide, and six officers have been charged in the case.
Mosby held a news conference earlier this month to announce the charges, stating that Gray's death is "believed to be the result of a fatal injury that occurred while Mr. Gray was unrestrained by a seatbelt in the custody of the Baltimore Police Department wagon." Reading from charging documents, she repeated two themes: that the handcuffed and leg-shackled Gray was never secured by a seatbelt in the police wagon against police policy, and that officers ignored repeated appeals for medical help from Gray.

Shouldn’t it be the “Goodson, Porter, Rice, White, Nero, Miller” case?
She doesn’the want it reported that the knife involved really WAS a switchblade.

The Gag is a reflex action, usually caused by something that the body needs to expel. In this case, the Gag is also a reflex action but you cannot put this genie back in the bottle. The best thing Baltimore can do is expel their Prosecutor from the case, and possibly get a nice Irish Face which could be at least easier on the ears than a shrill liberation theology preaching “self-professed” member of the aggrieved group.
Gag orders in police abuse cases have become one sided, allowing cops to be silenced, hounded, and sued while their media detractors poison the jury pool with their version of the truth. While the prosecution may turn-out to be right in particular cases, the process is unfair. The cops view can come out before trial only through leaks.
So ... the racist bimbo wants to convict the cops in the press, without them having the opportunity to defend themselves.
From this, I conclude:
1) She doesn’t have a case against them.
2) They’re not guilty.
3) She’s trying to hide some truth or truths inconvenient to her racist and marxist ideology.

This one seemed pretty obvious from the start of the way she handled it.
She announces that her secret investigation :
“The findings of our comprehensive, thorough and independent investigation coupled with the medical examiner’s determination that Mr. Gray ‘s death was a homicide, which we received today, has led us to believe that we have probable cause to file criminal charges. ...”
Secret investigation, secret evidence...lots of conflicts of interest on her part.
Baltimore is a very bad place to be for law-biding tax-payers, for the sane.
I live outside of Baltimore county.
In that picture in #1 she looks like a vampire-ess, the walking dead.
Fits her behavior.
Beware, any criticism of her will be called racist by her majesty Michelle Obama.
