~The FReeper Canteen Presents~ Road Trip: Naval Air Station Lemoore, California Naval Air Station Lemoore or NAS Lemoore is a United States Navy base, located in Kings County and Fresno County, California. Lemoore Station, California, a census-designated place, is located inside the base's borders.
NAS Lemoore is the Navy's newest and largest Master Jet Base. Strike Fighter Wing Pacific, along with its associated squadrons, is home ported there. NAS Lemoore also hosts four Carrier Air Wings: Carrier Air Wing Two (CVW-2), Carrier Air Wing Nine (CVW-9), Carrier Air Wing Eleven (CVW-11), and Carrier Air Wing Seventeen (CVW-17). With the transfer of NAS Miramar to the United States Marine Corps, NAS Lemoore now hosts the Navy's entire west coast fighter/attack capability. NAS Lemoore was built from the ground up as a Master Jet Base, and has several operational advantages, and relatively few constraints, as a result. Strike Fighter Wing Pacific with its supporting facilities is home ported here. The primary aircraft based at NAS Lemoore is the F/A-18 Hornet Strike Fighter. In November, 1999, NAS Lemoore received its first F/A-18 E/F Super Hornets, which replaced the F-14 Tomcat in fleet service as an air-superiority fighter and has assumed, in a different configuration, the role of older F/A-18 Strike Fighters. Currently, there are a total of 175 Hornets and Super Hornets home-based at NAS Lemoore operating from one Fleet Replacement [training] Squadron and fifteen Fleet [operational] Squadrons. Services include air traffic control, flight scheduling, operation and maintenance of navigational aids, ground approach radar, communications equipment, Automatic Carrier Landing System (ACLS), emergency arresting gear, and optical landing systems. Additionally, Lemoore provides search and rescue (SAR) and medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) services utilizing fixed and rotary wing aircraft. Learn More About Naval Air Station Lemoore HERE!! The Great Healer
The doctors I know are smart, hard-working, and compassionate. They have relieved my suffering on many occasions, and I am grateful for their expertise in diagnosing illnesses, prescribing medication, setting broken bones, and stitching up wounds. But this does not mean that I place my faith in physicians rather than in God.
For reasons known only to God, He appointed humans to be His partners in the work of caring for creation (Gen. 2:15), and doctors are among them. Doctors study medical science and learn how God designed the body. They use this knowledge to help restore us to a healthy condition. But the only reason doctors can do anything to make us better is that God created us with the ability to heal. Surgeons would be useless if incisions didnt heal.
Scientists can learn how God created our bodies to function, and they devise therapies to help restore or cure us, but they are not healers; God is (Ex. 15:26). Doctors simply cooperate with Gods original intent and design.
So I am grateful for science and doctors, but my praise and thanksgiving go to God, who designed an orderly universe and who created us with minds that can discover how it works. I believe, therefore, that all healing is divine because no healing takes place apart from God.
Father God, You are the Great Physician, and I ask for healing, whether mind, body, spirit, or in all of these. I believe You will give what is best. Thank You for Your goodness, kindness, and love in all things.
When you think of all thats good, give thanks to God.
: Genesis 2:7-15 gives us a glimpse into the perfect living environment of Adam and Eve before the fall. God provided everything necessary for their sustenance and enjoymentfood (v. 9), water (v. 10), and other natural resources (vv. 10-12)and gave man the responsibility to manage these resources (v. 15). God had originally intended for humanity to live forever, but after the fall Adam and Eve were prevented from eating from the Tree of Life so that they would not live forever in their sinful condition (3:22-24).

The Hornet is perhaps one of the greatest, most reliable and robust all-around fighter/attack aircraft of all time. We should produce even MORE of them with upgraded AVIONICS, RADAR, ECM, etc. How many F/A-18’s could we build for the price of an F-35MP (Money Pit)!!!!????

I saw on the local news that Tyndall has 3 squadrons of F-22s and I thought that was a lot but that can’t be anywhere near 175.

The first act is the younger students doing simplified piano versions of Beethoven (Ode to Joy, Turkish March, Alexander march), Dvorak(Going Home) Grieg (Morning Mood) and some easy arrangements of Disney tunes from Pocahontas, Frozen, Little Mermaid, and Aladdin. Also some music from Harry Potter and the Muppets.
After intermission, it will be mostly the young teen girls rocking the house on guitar.
GIRLS ROCK!
I will be accompanying the guitar players on bass and here are the songs:
Thinking out loud
All of Me
Hallelujah
Wild Horses
Landslide
Riptide
Say Something
Angie
Wish You Were Here
Daydreamer
Stand By Me
Do re mi
Part of Your World
Whistle a Happy Tune
And, of course,
Sonatina Opus 36 #1 by Clementi.
There will be quite a few original compositions as well.
