What are the name of these gangs?Cossacks, Banditos and Scimitars. The Cossacks and Scimitars do work together. It's required that all Banditos in the state attend the funeral of one of their fallen. The Banditos have a sort of Frito Bandito dude on their back patch and have a "1%" meaning they're outlaws.
