Uhn huh....
I’m reminded of a few people Christ spent time with.
But, who is more likely to be influenced here?
What if Rick is a witness for Christ and it has some meaning to Elton?
We are, after all, in this world but, not of this world.
Is the point of Christianity to seperate ourselves from those who might be saved?
For instance, I have a friend of 30 years. Wonderful woman and she has been with some smoking hot women in her time.
I’ll admit, I hit on them and tried to straighten them out.
However, I hadn’t seen my friend in about 12 years and didn’t recognize her at first. Until she spoke.
Her voice was familiar and unmistakable to my ears.
She had lost all the weight she had packed on and was more cheery than I recall.
She had several conversations with herself over the years and realized she was living a life that was far harder than it needed to be.
She quit women, stadted seeing men and now she can’t believe what she gave up all those years.
She even gave herself to Christ.
So, there’s one more for Christ and one less for the lie.
Nothing wrong with sharing Christ’s love with sinners, but we are to NOT to embrace or celebrate their life style.
If Rick Warren accepts Gay Marriage, that is not sharing the love of Christ, it’s embracing and celebrating it.
