Well, they physically restrained her and didn’t allow her to leave, so that might be enough for a kidnapping charge, but unless they actually harmed her, I don’t think they could make it a capital case.

I’d call the physical restraint kidnapping. I know current law does not allow capital punishment for what they did, but I think it should. The world would be much better off without feral predators like these criminals.
