“We Are the World”

Ugh! I hate that song. The UN ‘singers’ don’t help it!

Pathetic.

Morning!

And Quinn HAS to ruin or morning with obama sound bytes! l0l! It’s a good thing I’m working alone right now at my job. I listen to the various talk radio shows and comment out loud: “Shut up, Obama, you $#!@#$” or “Yeah RIGHT!” or “Stupid muslims - go back to the sandbox”

Anybody passing by my (locked) door must thing I’m crazy! LOL!

Good morning n’@!

Lol on passing the locked door and hearing you...maybe they’ll think it’s for THEIR protection!

LOL! I think the very same things myself when I hear Obama’s nonsense. If I spoke them out loud at work my co-workers would probably report me to HR.

Speaking of which, my talk radio buddy on the floor beneath me says someone in her area complained about her radio, so now she has to use earphones. Probably a liberal.

I use earphones just so I can concentrate. We’ve got some loud ones here :)

Plus usually when they see you wearing earphones they (generally) leave you alone.

Yes! I have a very chatty coworker who regales me with stories of her children and grandchildren. Hey, I’m proud of my son too, but I know everybody is proud of their kids. ENOUGH ALREADY! So, to escape, I either don the headphones or retreat to the basement - where I am now. Peace!

I could work from home at least 1 day a week, but it invokes triplicate paperwork and not worth that hassle, except....lately 28 has been a bear...took me 1.5 hours to get home yesterday....normal is 45 mins.

And people bug me regardless, our sales people need to ask me questions all the time.

If I hear too many stories about kids/grandkids, I talk about my cats, lol or the hubby’s fish. :D

My other SIL is a great mom and grandmother. Her grandkids borders an obsession with her. It’s ALL she talks about, lives for, etc. I get so torn because it’s wonderful that someone is so there for them but MAN!... enough already! LOL

Constantly thanking God for this. Unless I’m REALLY down-for-the-count sick, I can usually get through a day without taking the time off. Quick naps during breaks, electric blankets, LOADS of meds and all. LOL

Avoid other sick people, fragrances, traffic, weather... etc., etc... (yes, the Gloat-o-meter is getting pegged...)

Perhaps Quinn should alternate political pieces with rap tunes. The next time a liberal complains it will tie HR in knots for the next five years.
