Actually, that's not a lie. Companies can still keep their Cadillac plans, but they'll have to pay additional taxes to keep it.

It’s not a tax, it’s a penalty. Calling it a tax was something that unprincipled snake Roberts came up with to justify upholding it when he knew very well that it was unconstitutional. He as almost as little integrity as Obama and the Clintons.
