Rick Santorum, the former senator from Pennsylvania who delivered a surprisingly strong performance in the 2012 presidential campaign and may run again in 2016, said Thursday he was baffled by Jeb Bushs handling this week of a question about the 2003 war in Iraq.
I dont know how that was a hard question, Mr. Santorum said at a Republican National Committee meeting here.
At one point, Mr. Santorum suggested that Mr. Bush might not be entirely ready for the campaign. If you are not prepared for it, I think weve seen in the past, you are not going to do very, very well. This is a long process.

Sorry, Rick. But if you cannot tell a man from a woman, I don’t thing you will do very, very well either.
Jeb Bush is the Ted of his political syndicate.
Come on, Rick. You’re baffled a lot.
Rick then put on his favorite sweater vest, and hopped on Twitter to follow Bruce Jenner...
Yea, Rick you lost us all with your pc support for transgenders.
Ive been asked that question a hundred times, [Santorum] said. The answer is pretty clear. The information was not correct and, while there was some things that were true, I dont think nearly the weight to require us to go to war. Everybody accepts that now.
So now it’s unanimous among GOP candidates: The Iraq war was a mistake.
And we're baffled that you missed the point that the whole thing was a mess starting with the answering of a question that wasn't asked coupled with an interviewer that either wasn't listening to the answer or forgot what she'd asked.

Jeb seems to be struggling with his hidden democrat self.
.@Krauthammer: @JebBush “is not as nimble as some of the other candidates.” #SpecialReport
My statement stands: All the GOP candidates say the Iraq war was a mistake. The Washington Post writer who apparently still supports the war isn’t a GOP candidate, is she?
I wasn’t trying to contradict you. I had just read that article, and in that you seemed interested in the topic, I passed it along.
The referenced “Rubin” isn’t the WashPo writer, he’s some scholar according to the article.
Rick Santorum is an idiot. I suspect this phony baffled each and every day.
My hunch is that defending his brother was uppermost for Jeb. He prepared an answer that defended Dubya (as much for Jeb's own sake as a candidate than for any concern for his brother or the family), and he blurted it out as the answer to a question that touched on the same topic -- without really paying much attention to what he was actually being asked.
It's not that hard to understand. Maybe we've experienced something like that in real life. It certainly happens often enough on the Internet that people respond not to what's said but to what they assume was said. Still, if you want to be president and you want people to think you're "the smartest guy" in the room, there isn't much leeway for mistakes like Jebbo's.
Rick we are all baffled as to why either Jeb or you are considering running.
my apologies
No need- no offense was taken. Thanks.
