This is nothing more than a proselytizing video for the NOI. It preaches more than it talks about the training. This video is garbledeeguck. Not even worth the link it printed on. My recommendation is to watch the video before posting. If you can’t because your firewall or something else.. .then don’t post. So tired of people trying to be the first to post and what they post isn’t even about the subject at hand. It led to good discussion though below. Next if one cannot view the video have someone else see it then post it.
So many "social scientists" moan about a "self esteem" problem in the black community. I agree that there's a self-esteem issue that's creating problems, but it's not what the "official line" says.
There is a problem of ENTIRELY TOO MUCH SELF-ESTEEM among that segment. They've been told over and over that they were "kings" and "queens" in the Motherland -- that they are superior. It logically follows from that, that if you are "superior", then if your life is crap, then the only reason why things are crap is because there is an active conspiracy by Whites to "keep the Black man down".
This naturally results in hatred against whites by those who believe in the anti-Black conspiracy.
