Hezbollah has been designated a terrorist group by the US for 20 years.

Not sure exactly how many Hezbollah sanctions bills have been passed by Congress over that period, or if sanctions against Hezbollah were normally part of Iran sanctions bills but Politico says this:

“A GOP leadership aide said that instead of voting on the amendments, the House will vote on a bill passed by the last Congress giving the Treasury Department 90 days to toughen sanctions against any U.S. financial institution that aids the terrorist group Hezbollah or its media arm.”

Hezbollah is the terrorist arm of Iran, so the bill would hit Iran indirectly if the Senate also passes it.

The Iran bill would prevent Zero from lifting more sanctions as part of a final deal for up to 52 days but no longer unless they can overcome a veto.

However the president has already waived many Iran sanctions over the last 2 years, including those passed by Congress, by invoking waiver clauses that say he can do so if it’s in the national security interest of the US.

Those waiver clauses never should’ve been in the prior sanctions to begin with.

Now we must wait to see Israel’s next move. It’s already over 2 months since Bibi’s powerful speech to Congress and many including myself don’t think they can wait much longer.
