Harry Shearer does this radio program called "Le Show" where he does some comedy bits, celebrity impressions, reads the news, plays music, etc.

He did a bunch of programs, some from New Orleans, in the aftermath of Katrina.

He is a total leftist, but his show was listenable. Good music, and occasionally funny bits.

If the news is correct about how much he made from The Simpsons, then he's set for life. He can spend the rest of his life doing documentaries on all those things he loves or loves to hate.

...

I think the real reason he’s leaving is about money.

The women who does the voice of Bart threw away $10 million dollars by giving it to the Scientology cult. She lives in Northridge, CA in the San Fernando Valley.

I live nearby a few miles away and I would not buy a home in Northridge or any other area nearby if I had her money. It is flat and mostly businesses in the area. I would have a Hilltop home with rolling hills or an ocean view.

Harry is stupid holding out for more money. Easiest job in the world. Regis Philbin tried for a pay raise when he was in his late 70’s when he was making $20 million a year. He left the show and now his former co-host gets $20 million while he is on I think ESPN.

These celebs lose perspective.
