Described as being from Richfield, Minneapolis suburb, and from St. Paul. Carver County is considered part of the seven county metro area, though this location is definitely rural. I’d bet on illegals, though I doubt Minnesota media will ever say so.

A commenter on the KSTP site said ICE had been looking at them previously, whatever that means.
Illegal immigration is like cancer. It spreads far and wide, where you least think it will appear.
