A Significant Development In The Hillary Clinton Email Server Scandal!

A federal judge has agreed to reopen a lawsuit that seeks to gain access to emails from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private server.

Judge Reggie B. Walton’s decision Friday came after the State Department and Judicial Watch, which brought the lawsuit, agreed that the documents that Clinton kept on her own email server separate from the government should be turned over.

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, told Fox News on Tuesday that the decision is an “extraordinary development.” He said it could ultimately lead to the department having to “explain itself under oath.”

“This is the first case that’s been reopened,” Fitton told The Washington Times. “It’s a significant development. It points to the fraud by this administration and Mrs. Clinton.”

Previously, the court dismissed Judicial Watch’s request, on the grounds that the documents did not exist

By the logic of the first judge that ruled against JW, justice is served if I axe murder every person in NYC and then throw the axe in a metal grinder because the murder weapon no longer exists.

"Bimbo eruption squad" is rebranded the "Hillary's messes mop squad".

Bill had his messes in the 90's and Hillary has her very different types of messes today, from Bill's.

Expect the same old tired bunch of stonewalling lawyer hacks to slow track everything like it's frozen in time.

Why is it so easy to find such horrible, menacing Hillary portraits? Is she really as evil as she seems?

Well after about a month, I figured Hillary was going to pull her head out of the sand and look around. Well, she’s going to keep it underground for another month now.

The big difference from the 90’s is that Hillary is no longer in the White House. You want them to drag their feet as long as possible. This will overshadow her campaign. This is a very bad omen for Hillary.

Nope, you'll fry in the chair, since [presumably] you did not marry a philanderer rapist and didn't travel 5 million miles as Secret-ary of State.

I think 0dumbo told Hillary that if she just carries on as if her scandals and crimes never happened, she’ll do just fine. It worked for him! And, she worked for him!

Here is another reason why to support Ted Cruz.

He just said on Meygan Kelly live that “ Amnesty is wrong “ and that he would repeal common core.

Ted Cruz showed class and he is showing America that he’s likeable and down to earth.

Take time for this:

Anyone who has the slightest inclination to do anything that will add to the Killary's treasure chest (including being POTUS) should read these two books first. Both are by Barbara Olsen, an incredibly talented Conservative that died in the 9/11 terrorist attacks when the plane she was on crashed into the Pentagon:

Hell to Pay, published in 1999

and

The Final Days, published posthumously on Oct 1, 2001.

Yes, these books are ancient history, written well over a decade ago. But Killary's MO was established even then. Read these books and compare her criminality back then with her criminality now. Little difference.

With Killary, you always get a criminal.

Hey if I’m gonna axe a city...

Well, as long as you are committed to doing it, allow me to axe you a simple request... leave NYC alone. Instead, I axe you to axe Ball'more or Ferguson.

“Year of The Rat” is a pretty good Clinton book too.

Nope, the decision has been made. I’ll get to the entire populations of the other liberal cities later. Maybe have dinner first. And get a new axe. With that judge at my back there is no genocidal crime I cannot accomplish! ;)
