Yes. But what do we do about it? In a democratic milieu we cannot have forced resettlement to get these people away from each other, or even have a specifically directed National Service Draft. What is the answer to "Trayvonocracy?" Aerially applied tranquilizers and contraceptives? Stop all subsidies ? More force? Orphanages? Rural Black Kibbutz Movement? Just WTF are we gonna do? This and illegal immigration are wrecking the Republic and there is no answer that can be legally imposed. There is no will to find one.
